We build our price database from real contractor quotes from all over Poland, material prices in construction chains and publicly available GUS and SEKOCENBUD data.
Each city has its own regional multiplier accounting for local labor rates, contractor availability and material logistics costs. Warsaw, Krakow and Tri-City — more expensive. Lodz and smaller cities — cheaper.
We update the database quarterly. Last update: Q1 2026.
Estimation methodology
The calculator computes three components of the estimate:
- Materials (55%)Paints, tiles, panels, adhesives, primers — per selected standard and room m².
- Labor (35%)Crew rates by trade and city. Tiler, painter, electrician — each item separately.
- Preparation (10%)Demolition, screeds, primers, waste removal — ignored by most calculators.

Prices are regionally calibrated. Renovation in Warsaw costs differently than in Lodz — our multipliers reflect market realities.

Construction material prices and labor rates change dynamically. We update the database quarterly to keep estimates accurate.
